Loading / Discharging

The tank body can be fitted with the following loading options:

  • Top loading via man hole
  • Bottom loading via bottom valves
  • Manual loading via suction ports
  • Manual loading via tailer sunction line

The following discharger fittings are available:

  • Pump measuring system with wet or dry hose

Tank connection

We have developed a fully elastic tank connection for our tank bodies. It offers improved transmission of force into the chassis frame. It improves vehicle handling by reducing the twisting between the chassis frame, the storage tank and the tank body. All chassis frames are hot-dip galvanised for long-term corrosion protection.

The tank body can be fitted with the following electronics:

  • Temperature compensator/controller incl. printer for discharging control
  • Dead-man button
  • Overfill protection system with cross over prevention sensor cable or remote overfill protection
  • Loading hose protection system for the proper connection of hoses

  • GPS integration
  • GSM data transer system
  • Remote control

The tank body can be fitted with additional safety and technical features:

  • Rear view camera
  • Reflective contour markings
  • Working lights integrated into the spill box or next to the cabinets
  • Reversing lights at the rear
  • Walkways and handrails by the spill box
