Our trailers for the waste disposal sector are – depending on the processing material and fittings – suitable for disposing of used oil, oil emulsions, sludge and building site waste. You can carry and transport various different liquids in one journey to your customer by storing them separately in the various chambers.

Technical data

Tank

The tank has been specially designed for the requirements of transporting used oil and has a gross volume of 36,000 l.

The semi-trailer tanker is split up into two or more chambers. It is thus ideal for the transportation of large amounts between oil collection points and refineries or recycling plants.

Fitting

Depending on the requirements and equipment, the tanker can include rear control cabinets, storage cabinets, hose pipes, collision protection, under run protection, spill box with ladder, longitudinal walkway and safety handrail.

Pumping equipment

The pumping equipment comprises two hydraulic, self-suctioning rotary piston pumps with flame retarder. In order to guarantee a dispensing rate of approx. 800 l/min, both pumps are connected in parallel. The material can be suctioned, back-flushed and dispensed via the pressure-tight coarse filter.

Suctioning / Dispensing

The semi-trailer tanker can be filled or emptied using the following fittings:

  • Suction or dispensing via a hose drum at the rear
  • Suction via a 2” suction port at the rear
  • Dispensing via a 3” outlet at the rear

Brakes / Air suspension

Braking comfort improved with integrated EBS/ABS brake system and RSS function. Vehicle safety can be increased through selective braking in the case of risk of tipping.

  • The EBS function accelerates reaction and pressure build-up times in the brake cylinders. This reduces the stopping distance by a few metres.
  • Driving stability is assured by the ABS function during the braking process.
  • The RSS function uses selective braking to prevent the tanker from tipping, jack-knifing or skidding.
  • The trailer air suspension can be managed mechanically via an air suspension valve or electronically via an ECAS device.

Safety

The semi-trailer tanker can be fitted with extra safety equipment upon request:

  • Overfill protection when suctioning liquids
  • Attention button (deadman’s switch)
  • Reversing camera
  • Reflective contour markings
  • Floodlights next to the control cabinets
  • Reversing lights at the rear
  • EMERGENCY OFF switch on each side of the vehicle
  • Automatic braking if control cabinet doors open
  • Tyre pressure monitoring system
  • Load-dependent shock absorber control
  • Reversing buzzer
  • Reversing area monitoring sensors

Lighting

Side marker lights on the semi-trailer tankers are equipped with LED lights as standard. Benefit: service life of up to 15 years, high light intensity and colour consistency.

ADR Features

Each semi-trailer tanker is supplied with full ADR features for road-worthiness. Depending on the type of vehicle, you receive:
