Tank bodies for the waste disposal sector from Willig are – depending on the processing material and fittings – suitable for disposing of used oil, oil emulsions, sludge and building site waste. Thanks to the use of various compartments, you can carry and transport various different liquids in one journey to your customer.
The gross volume is between 3,000 and 13,500 l for the two-axle tank body and between 17,500 and 20,000 l for the three-axle tank body. Both types of vehicle can be fitted with two to four compartments.
Depending on requirements and fittings, the tank body can be equipped with both a rear cabinet and a side cabinet. We can also install either auxiliary cabinets with drawers or side cover auxiliary cabinets with swivel doors for extra storage. The hose reels can be positioned in the rear cabinet, open on the rear or at right angle to the direction of travel.
Our on-board WWS measuring system allows for a balancing of the weight and quantity per compartment. The specially developed software offers a number of functions and options. Please contact our sales team for more details.
You can also monitor the load level on the right side of the vehicle via the mechanical load level indicator.
The pumping equipment consists of a hydraulic, self-priming rotary pump. The material can be suctioned, back-flushed and discharged via the pressure-tight coarse filter.
