Warranty claims have to be submitted online.

After an in-house review of your application you will receive a reply from us, whether your application is approved. After approval of your application work can start as usual.

Without this written request, Willig is not obligated to accept the costs.

In the invoice you have to list the realised work separately.


We furthermore refer to our warranty conditions and our general terms of business.

Please understand that non-free returns and returns without RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) will not be processed. Please fill in all fields. Fields, aren´t filled, please mark with " - ".
